1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card and PayPal.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please see our Returns & Refunds policy. 

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only. To enquire about International Shipping, please email us at hello@corsetrush.com. 

4. When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day from the Gold Coast. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but all orders are sent via Express Post.

6. How do I know what size to order?

 Each product has its measurements listed in the description. Check carefully to pick the best fit.

7. Do the corset colors look exactly like the photos?

We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but lighting, photography, and your screen may cause slight differences. 

8. Are your corsets suitable for waist training?

No. Our corsets are fashion garments for styling and costumes only, not for medical or waist-training purposes.

9. Can I return a corset if I change my mind? 

No. For hygiene reasons, corsets cannot be returned once worn. 

10. What if my corset is faulty?

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@corsetrush.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to fix the problem. 

11. I'm under 18. Can I order?

Yes, but please make sure you have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.
