2. Products & Use

All products sold by Corset Rush are fashion garments intended for costume and styling purposes only. Our corsets are not designed or marketed as medical devices, shapewear, or waist-training garments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are worn appropriately and safely. Corset Rush is not liable for misuse, improper fitting, or wearing products contrary to intended fashion use.

Product Appearance & Fit

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen or monitor settings.

Fit may also vary depending on body shape and styling. Please refer to the product descriptions and measurements provided before placing your order.

3. Age of Use

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

4. Orders & Payments

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel an order at any time
Correct pricing or product description errors
Cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only
Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are dispatched same day
Shipping costs are covered by Corset Rush
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays

International shipping may be offered in the future or on a case-by-case basis. If international shipping is arranged, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
Corsets that have been worn are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@corsetrush.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Prices may change without notice
Promotional offers and discount codes may be withdrawn, limited, or changed at any time
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively unless stated otherwise
